Concrete powder dropped into a filled cauldron will instantly turn into concrete.
Better Armor Stands
/armorstand (or /as) can be used to edit an armor stand you are looking at.
/armorstand last opens the gui for the armorstand you last edited
/armorstand near opens the gui for the armorstand nearest to you
Shulker Box Preview
Middle click shulker boxes in your inventory to preview and edit them.
Lapis in Table
Lapis and items placed in enchanting tables stay there. Items staying there will be displayed above the table.

Right clicking a ladder with another one will place it, allowing you to drop ladders down. Shift right clicking one end of a ladder will teleport you to the other end.

Repair an anvil by right clicking it with an iron block
Infinite Water Bucket
Enchant a water bucket with infinity using an anvil
Recyclable Wax
When a waxed copper block is un-waxed, it will drop honeycomb.
Water Extinguish
Put out entities(including players) using a splash water bottle
Burn Vine Tips
Burning the tip of a vine causes it to no longer grow.
